How to use Inbolx Labels

The Basics:

- What is an Inbox Label? An inbox label is good for keeping a messy inbox organized. It helps to make important messages easy to access without any annoying scrolling and searching. :)

The Tutorial:

Step One

Go to your Inbox and click on the link to the left called "Manage Labels".

Step Two

In the "Add New Label" section, type the name of the Label you want to create. This can be any name you wish. For this tutorial, I will be making a "Commissions" label. Click "Add New Label" to add it to your list.

Step Three

The Label you just created now appears in the "Manage Labels" area. Here, you can change the names of existing Labels, and delete the ones you don't want anymore.

Step Four

Now, to USE the Label, you will need to go to a message in your inbox. In the bottom right corner of the message, there will be a drop down menu containing "Label Message" as its default setting.

Step Five

Click the arrow to drop down the list of Labels you have created. Select the one you wish to attach to the message. In this instance, I am labeling this message as "Commissions".

Step Six

After you click the Label on your message, you will be sent back to your inbox. The Label you chose is now applied to that message. To view ALL messages under the same Label, you can click on the Labels you have created under the "Labels" section to the right of your inbox messages.

Step Seven

When you click the Label name, you will be taken to a window that looks just like your inbox, except it will contain ONLY messages you have placed under that label.
