Print Project
«: June 28, 2010, 10:46:19 PM»

My darling Pugslie and I are really thinking about starting a print project. More specifically, a real life silk screening project. We want to know what sort of items people are in to buying, what sort of prints they'd like, and what price range they'd think would be not only reasonable, but affordable.
So far, we're thinking about printing on:

Keep in mind, all of our prints (for the time being) are going to either be A.) Painted by hand onto our screens, and then printed or B.) Printed from paper stencils we have drawn and then cut out. All of these prints will be hand made, in other words. They will be multiples, but not copies, because of the beauty that is human error. We were thinking (roughly) about $1 per folder, $8 per shirt, and $5 per scarf, plus shipping, with deals when buying multiple items. Do these prices sound fair? Would anyone be interested in this sort of thing?

How are you obtaining the folders, shirts, and scarves?

We've bought them in bulk before hand. They're all blank, atm.

Update! We're also going to be adding aprons to the list. We plan on sewing lace on them as well as printing on them, and making them around $12.
