New - Need Help with markings
«: May 23, 2008, 03:17:08 PM»
Howdy,

I know how to add markings by colour swapping, and such but the overall design of the markings I can't get "right". I might just be too critical or picky of myself, but help plx?

It is a collie-breed of anthro dog, and they tend to have tri-colour layering of markings. I just can't get them right though. If anything, I may be stuck putting wolf static markings on it but I want something spiffy :(

Any suggestions? Feel free to redline or whatever if needed to get your point across.

Hehe. I haven't officially opened commissions, but what would you say you'd be willing to pay for a portrait by me? I'm looking at possibly 5gd or so?

Whatchu think?

http://www.furcartzone.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=4610 I drew a collie (his fur's short, though.). I looked on google for his markings, though. He's a basic tri color.

did a redline. the white/brown/black colours you see are so you know which lines are separating which colours

done while referencing a rough collie

sorry if it looks messy x:
