Transparent Background
«: August 16, 2008, 04:21:39 PM»
...I completely forgot how to do transparent backgrounds. I keep trying to erase it on Adobe but clearly I'm doing something wrong. Help?

maybe a little more specific?

do you want to separate the lineart from the background (say you have them both on one layer)?

ohhhhh
okay now

can't you just make a new layer (since they're all transparent anyways) and drag it underneath everything?

Save as a .gif without a background. It should ask you about transparency options. That works for me.

Or, if you're using it as a deviantID, just make the background the same color as dA's scheme. A ton of people do that for a quick fix.

I tried it didn't work. I'll just make it the same colour as the DA scheme like you said. Thank you

Not sure I'm following, but when I want something transparent, I go to www.iaza.com

I've only got MSpaint though, so.
