Horse Anatomy Critique/Hints?
«: September 23, 2008, 03:14:19 PM»
Alright, so I'm pretty happy with this but about halfway through I lost the link to my reference and so I had to finish up the legs (which is my weakest point) without a reference. xP  So without much further ado, anyone care to give some helpful hints on this?  I don't see anything in particular wrong with it but I'm generally unfamiliar with hind leg anatomy and after working on something for so long I tend to lose my eye for it. xP

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM ONLY PLEASE  ;D

I'm a big horse person! I'm not with tablet at the moment, but when I am, I'll try to help. =p

Should the body be a little longer, since the horse seems to have a lot of body mass?

I used to draw horses all the time! You got the overall anatomy correct but some are a bit large. His head and neck are a tad large along with his front legs.

Redline please is the title of the pic? I'll give it a go.

I hope that's what you wanted. D:

That's not much of an edit (everything is right in my opinion except for that the torso is a bit short) - I love all of your anatomy, I /think/ it's just placement problems..? the expression is friggen awesome, great job!
