it looks like the head is lopsided, or flat, whatever, on the right side. try rounding it out, evening out the eyes, and having the hair flow with the form. i'd also try to include a bit more of the character themselfszfzsfdsa in it. the background is nice, but it looks like the focus of the portrait is the fire, not the character

i think the shading needs to be more intense. not to be unrealistic, but to make it look nicer.

and i think there needs to be more turn on the body or less turn on the head. it is very uncomfortable to have you head that turned and hold it.
and the boobs are kind of big.
and i think she needs more of a waist.

There should be more arm. Right now it looks as if the arm just shrinks. As you near the hand, it should get a tad bit wider.

And like Sana said, holding your head like that is rather uncomfortable. I can't even do that XD
