I'm considering getting a PayPal account. But, I don't have a bank account, credit card, anything like that. My parents, however, have one.

What are my options? And, just because I'm curious, how many of you have your own accounts?

I have one. I opened a joint bank account with my mom when I was 17 so I could get a visa checkcard to the bank. You can put that as a credit card and pay with that too when paypal accounts are wonky or when e-checks are too slow.

I suggest just opening a bank account if you can. They're very nice to have. Some banks even offer special credit cards for minors with lower rates, to ease teens into spending appropriately and all that.

Kain has a good idea. In my family, we tend to wait until we're 16 to get an account, but perhaps I could pull some strings? XD
